This area of the website is new, and it's intended to encourage members to have a go
at racing. The first part is a (much) simplified version of the racing rules that should
provide the bare essentials for helms starting to race. If it's incomprehensible or anyone's
got suggestions, please email (or phone, shout whatever :-))
I hope that experienced helms will contribute their own articles: I think something on starting would
be particularly valuable.
